This year the Beginners Group will start on the 18th April meeting at the Duthie Park for 8 weeks.  This is suitable for all ages and abilities.  We offer a huge amount of support and motivation. You will find running with others brings huge benefits to your ability.  The membership is £10 a year and no other costs are needed.  Our main evening is a Wednesday but really encourage all to come an a Monday for extra practice.

Please use the contact form or email us info@aberdeenrunningsisters.org or for answers to your questions click on the Beginners Page

Aberdeen Running Sisters meet at city centre locations each week to help ourselves and other get fit. We use a buddy system to help ensure all sisters get the help and encouragement they need as they start on the road to a fitter, happier lifestyle. Check out our current program here

Aberdeen Running Sisters were been busy last year with some on the walking weekend, others taking part in the Baker Hughes 10k, Teresa at the Edinburgh 1/2 marathon and others at the Race For Life  among some of the eventsts. I am sure there are many more to come this year.
